Two days. Hundreds of booths. One of Europe's biggest AI events and I walked every inch of it. GITEX Europe this year was heavy on applied AI not concepts, not demos for the sake of demos. Real infrastructure, real tools, real companies shipping. The floor splits roughly into three worlds: enterprise AI platforms, developer tooling, and a startup hall that's genuinely worth your time. Day 1 was about orientation and signal finding what's real versus what's dressed up for the floor.
